PARK RULES
Our basic rule is one of common courtesy and neighborly consideration. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse registration privileges to anyone. To make your stay more enjoyable, kindly observe the following rules.

1. Speed limit inside Park is 5 MPH. Excessive speed will not be tolerated!

2. Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Children under 18, not under adult supervision, are required to be at their home campsite during Quiet Hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult in facility.

3. Pets are welcome, only when these rules are followed:

• No animal may be left outside unattended, EVER. NO EXCESSIVE BARKING DOGS!
• When pets are allowed outside, THEY MUST BE KEPT ON A 5-FOOT LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
• No animal is to disturb other campers.
• No pets are permitted in any building.
• Please keep your pet from barking. If your pet barks & disturbs others, you will be asked to leave.
• NO TYING YOUR PETS TO TREES OR POWER BOXES.
• IMPORTANT: WE DO REQUIRE THAT YOU PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET.
• Pets must be registered with office.

4. The Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items, any damages, injuries or accidents. Use Property at your own risk.

5. Washing of vehicles in the Park is Prohibited.

6. No fires or fire pits at your space. BBQ’s only.

7. No parking, driving, rug or mats on the grass.

8. No parking in empty spaces or on the street – Park at Your own site. See office for additional parking.

9. In case of an Emergency, DIAL 911.

10. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Pre-register before 10 AM. Late checkout available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

11. All Park facilities used at your own risk. Please abide by Park rules at all times. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PARK RULES CAN RESULT IN BEING EXPELLED FROM PARK WITHOUT REFUND.

12. Sprinklers come on between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Use caution when leaving items outside. Legacy Fields RV Park is not responsible for water damage on any item or RV.

13. NO tampering, adjusting, breaking, covering, or blocking sprinklers or water system. Doing so may be grounds for eviction.

CAMPGROUND COURTESY

• Do not trespass on other campsites.
• No smoking in Campground buildings or facilities. Please keep cigarette butts off the ground
• Firearms, archery equipment, BB guns, etc., are to be kept stored at all times.
• Clotheslines are not permitted.
• No items stored on-site without management approval.
• Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.
• Keep your campsite clean and dis pose of garbage.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Legacy Fields RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legacy Fields RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Legacy Fields RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Legacy Fields RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Legacy Fields RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
